When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are scheduled for delivery the following day. Delivery may be affected by weekends, public holidays, peak periods, weather, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
How do i start an exchange or a refund?
Contact the BRAVERY ATHLETICS Customer Care Team within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once your request is approved, pack the item and have it ready for collection. After inspection and approval, your Online Credit will be sent to you by email.
